After two decades in primary care, Alexis C. Ammons, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-C found herself burned out, not from the hours, but from watching twenty-five patients a day leave her office with prescriptions and return months later no better than before. She had been trained to manage disease, not restore health. So she stepped away from the highest-paying job of her career to complete the most rigorous bioidentical hormone training in the world, World Link Medical Academy, led by Dr. Neal Rouzier. Today, she practices the way she always wanted to: comprehensive labs, unhurried appointments, and personalized protocols designed to optimize every woman who walks through her doors.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Texas A&M University and has held key roles including clinic supervisor and surgical assistant, where she supported complex procedures and managed day-to-day operations. Her experience navigating multiple EMR systems, overseeing compliance, and training staff allows her to bridge the gap between clinical care and operational efficiency. As Director of Clinic Operations, Jaime is dedicated to creating a seamless, supportive experience for every patient. She is passionate about helping others feel confident, valued, and cared for both inside and outside the clinic.
